Mandatory co-payments:

• Tourist fee - paid at the reception at the hotel and is determined by the municipality;
• Urban transport in Rome (1.5 euros for one way ticket, 6 euros for 24 hours);
• Fuel fee and harmful emissions - announced 21 days before the flight. Prices are calculated with parameters 1000 US dollars/ tonne at a rate of 1 euro = 1 US dollar.
• Headsets during the tour - 10 euros (3 euros per person per day). They are obliged to be paid on the spot of the guide. Children under 6 years do not use headsets and do not charge.
• Mandatory service fee 10 euros (tip for drivers, reception, guides are paid on the spot).

IMPORTANT:

1. Minimum number of tourists: 45 people;
   2. Notification period for uncollected minimum – 21 days;
   3. Bulgarian citizens must have a valid identity document, valid for at least 6 months after the date of return to Bulgaria;
   4. The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the program and flight schedule.

MAXIMUM SECURITY package - additional payment BGN 20
Maximum security package can be added up to 7 days after making a reservation!
In case of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the TRAVELER, the amount paid by him or on his behalf is refunded through the travel agent who concluded the contract for a travel package with the TRAVELER on behalf and at the expense of the tour operator, when the TRAVELER cannot start and complete the trip due to any for the following reasons, which was unforeseeable at the time of the conclusion of the travel package contract and occurred before the date of departure regardless of the will of the traveler:

• 1.1. Accident, acute illness (illness that occurs suddenly and unpredictably, poses a danger to the life or health of the traveler and requires urgent medical intervention) or sudden exacerbation of a chronic illness of a TRAVELER under the travel package contract, with the exception of illness from COVID 19 , provided that at the start date of the trip, hospital or home treatment is being carried out and there is a risk of deterioration of his health condition due to the trip.
• 1.2. Sudden illness or accident of a relative of the TRAVELER (spouse), relative by direct line - without restrictions or by collateral line - up to the second degree inclusive), provided that at the start date of the trip, hospital or home treatment is being carried out and the traveler must take care of the sick.
• 1.3. Death of the traveler.
• 1.4. Death of a relative of the traveler (spouse), relative by direct line – without restrictions or by collateral line – up to the second degree incl.).
  To prove the circumstances, the traveler provides the documents in a copy of him certified by him: 53 Rayko Daskalov Str., Fl. 2, ap. 25.
