Day 1: Sofia-Lisbon
Departure from Sofia airport with a flight of the airline "Wizz Air" on the route Sofia - Lisbon. Arrival at Lisbon airport. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Lisbon.
Day 2: Lisbon
Breakfast. Bus and walking tour among the most famous sights of Lisbon. We start with a stop at the symbol of the city - the Belem Tower. Following the course of the Tagus River, we head to the monument to the Discoverers and the masterpiece of Portuguese art - the Jeronimus Monastery (outside), built with funds earned by Vasco da Gama during his travels in India. Short stop at the most famous pastry shop in Lisbon - Pasteis de Belem, Boulevard Liberdade, Rossio Square, the biggest square in the city - Plaza de Comercio with the statue of the Reformer King José I. Free time to walk around the old quarter of Alfama.
Return to the hotel. Free time. Overnight stay.
Day 3: Sintra-Estoril-Cascais-Cabo da Roca
Breakfast. Free time or additional excursion Estoril-Cascais-Cabo da Roca-Sintra.
We start the day with Sintra - called the "Paradise Garden of Portugal" or "the most beautiful place in Portugal" in the words of Hans Christian Andersen. Departure to Cabo da Roca - the westernmost continental point of Europe, where the land meets the ocean. The great Portuguese navigators left here in search of new horizons and riches. Cascais - an ancient fishing village that became in the 19th century in a suburb favored by aristocrats, and to this day one can see there some of the most expensive and beautiful residences in Portugal, viewing the marina /panoramic from the bus/. Photo break at Casino Estoril. Ginshu Beach is also located here, popular with surfers for its huge waves.
Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 4: Obidos-Battaglia-Coimbra
Breakfast. Departure for Óbidos - a small, picturesque town, hidden among fortress walls and picturesque streets. Known as the city of queens as well as the Portuguese capital of chocolate, here you can try cherry liqueur and handmade chocolates. Departure for Batalia. Visit the impressive Batalha Monastery (under the protection of UNESCO) - a magnificent monument of national architecture and one of the greatest Gothic masterpieces in Europe, built in 1388. in honor of the oath made by King João I to the Holy Virgin that he would build a magnificent monastery if he defeated the Castilians at the Battle of Aljubarote. Accommodation at Hotel D. Luis or similar in Coimbra. Dinner. Overnight stay.
Day 5 Porto
Breakfast. Departure for Porto.
Tourist program in Porto (included in the price) – the second largest city in Portugal, located on both banks of the Doro River. From the square in front of the Palace of Justice, we head to the main attractions - the old station, decorated with ceramic azulejo tiles, the Bell Tower "Torre dos Clerigos" (Tower of the Clerics) - the highest tower in Portugal, erected in one of the central areas of the city; Porto Cathedral - one of the oldest buildings, rising above a rocky slope, with a wonderful panoramic view of the old quarter of Ribeira. Along the medieval streets with granite houses from the XII century. you get to the coastal boulevard – the place, at the mouth of the river, where the city was born. We will also see the Don Luis I bridge, the most attractive of the 6 bridges on the river. Doro, built according to the design of the creator of the Eiffel Tower, Gustave Eiffel.
Free time. Dinner. Overnight in the Porto area.
Day 6: Santiago de Compostela
Breakfast. Free time or optional excursion to Santiago de Compostela – the main city of the Galicia region and the third holiest place for Christians after Jerusalem and Rome. The Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela is the final destination of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route from southern France. For centuries, the relics of St. kept in the cathedral Jacob act as a magnet for pilgrims from all over Europe who have taken this long journey. The city tour continues past the Helmires Palace, the old Royal Hospital building and the city squares.
Free time. Return to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay.
Day 7: Guimarães and Braga
Free time or as desired additional excursion to Guimarães-Bon Jesús do Monte-Braga.
The first Portuguese capital - Guimarães is the place where Alfonso Henriques proclaimed himself king of Portugal in 1139. The city is popular for its well-preserved early-medieval historic center /UNESCO/ and small streets that invite you to walk along them. The Baroque Basilica of Bon Jesus de Monte is located on top of a hill not far from Braga. The sanctuary is reached by an impressive double baroque staircase - "Via Sacra" with an elevation of 116 m. The squares of the Via Sacra impress with interesting gardens, small chapels, sculptures and allegorical fountains. The first fountain symbolizes the wounds of Christ, the next the five senses, and the last three the virtues. Explore medieval Braga - often called the "religious capital" of Portugal, due to the large number of churches and cathedrals. The city was founded in 300 BC by the Celts, was an administrative center under the Roman Empire and an episcopal center in the Middle Ages. Visiting the historical center: the Cathedral in various architectural styles from the 12th century /UNESCO/, the Bishop's Palace, Praça de Repubblica, the Municipality building.

8th day: Fatima-Lisbon
Breakfast.
Visiting Fatima - a center of the Catholic faith and a destination for pilgrims from all over the world. Visit to the Basilica and its square.
Transfer to the airport. Flight to Sofia.

BONUS package MAXIMUM SECURITY
In case of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the TRAVELER, the amount paid by him or on his behalf is refunded through the travel agent who concluded the contract for a travel package with the TRAVELER on behalf and at the expense of the tour operator, when the TRAVELER cannot start and complete the trip due to any for the following reasons, which was unforeseeable at the time of the conclusion of the travel package contract and occurred before the date of departure regardless of the will of the traveler:
